About Us

The Sharp Community Cemetery, Inc. is the association that oversees the Sharp Cemetery. It has its beginning in 1949 and officially formed in 1976/77. However, 1991 was when it began to formalize by adopting the Articles of Incorporation and electing directors and officers. Annual meetings were instituted and have been held since then.

The Sharp Community Cemetery, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. It serves to insure the cemetery is maintained, oversees improvements, and ongoing business. It strives to honor and preserve this burial place as an important part of the Sharp Community.
